What are systemic constellations?

Systemic or family constellations are a therapeutic technique that involves putting things in order that are blocking you, or weighing you down, so that you can free yourself from it. Through this personal development experience, under the guidance of Nathalie, you will become aware of what limits you while looking at the past without judging it. Seeing and living, through a constellation, what bothers you or hinders you will bring more peace and quiet. A wide range of topics can be discussed and you choose the topic (money, family, relationships, work, spiritual life, health, etc.) which will be treated with kindness and at your own pace.

Why associate yoga with the constellations?

Starting the day with a yoga session will allow you to be present to your body and your feelings for the constellations. The yoga session is suitable for all levels, and you can take this opportunity to discover this practice. The poses and breathing exercises allow to remove tensions, to make the energy of life circulate in the body, to calm the mind which wants to control and thinks it knows. Your body has messages for you, thanks to this combination of "yoga and constellations" you will be able to listen to them. Small movements may be offered between the different constellations in order to free yourself from the surrounding energies, to find your center and to come back to the here and now.

Snacks, tea and coffee will be served during breaks! For lunch, we will do a shared meal. We kindly ask you to bring something to share with the rest of the group!

"It was an interesting idea to create a one-day yoga and family constellation workshop! I had already done a workshop but doing a yoga session at the start of the day relaxed me and allowed me to refocus on my body and release certain tensions. For the constellation, I wanted to work on a subject that was close to my heart and that is not easy to tackle. I think that the yoga session helped me to live my constellation more profoundly and also the other ones. I thank Caroline and Nathalie for the trust and kindness they have given us during this day."
