Are you pregnant and wondering when to start prenatal yoga?

Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, you can start practicing yoga in the first few weeks of pregnancy. You can continue with prenatal yoga until the term.

What differentiates a prenatal yoga session from a regular yoga session is that I will guide you with adapted postures to accompany your body during the changes you are experiencing during pregnancy, to make space for the baby, and prepare the body for the birth, by opening the pelvis, more specific stretches for the pains encountered by the pregnant woman, the muscular reinforcement necessary to carry your baby in your belly or later, in your arms.

Thanks to the breathing exercises**, called pranayamas, you will also be able to access more serenity to face your emotions, your fears, and the stress of your life.

Resourcing, joy, pleasure, well-being, anchoring, sharing all these benefits in one place !!

I had two wonderful motherhood experiences, I loved being pregnant and bearing my children.

I also know how much pregnancy impacts a woman's body, her emotional experience, her sensitivity and her relationship.

I am delighted to be able to support future mothers to live their pregnancy more serenely, in their body, their mind and their sensitivity.

Drawing on my experience as a nurse with newborns for 20 years, I will also be able to support them with their questions about parenting and the first steps in the lives of their little ones!
